And when you’re ready for more features, you can purchase add-ons or even an upgrade to Studio One Professional to add mastering, Mix Engine FX, and much more.
The Studio 26c operates at up to 192 kHz for ultra-high-definition recording and mixing. High-quality converters on every input and output and PreSonus’ professional-grade XMAX-L mic preamps enable you to capture complex musical harmonics smoothly and naturally, with no audible distortion. XMAX-L mic preamps are designed to perform optimally on bus-powered audio interfaces, allowing you to take great sound with you wherever you record.
Professional tools make any job easier. That’s why we included professional input and output metering on the Studio 26c, allowing you to keep an eye on your input and mix levels when you’re recording by yourself. An easy to use direct monitor control blends the analog input signals with playback from your computer, simplifying monitoring. Two pairs of outputs afford two different stereo mixes. The Cue A/B button allows you to toggle between each mix while listening in on headphones, great for live performance and studio alike.
Wherever sound is made.
Whether you're just getting into music production or looking to upgrade your DJ rig, the Studio 26c will give you clear, clean, ultra-high-def sound in a bus-powered, rugged unit. While it’s a perfect companion for any recording software, the Studio 26c and included Studio One Artist provide you with a complete, affordable recording solution that will make you sound great.
Make your own magic.
At PreSonus, we want to make sure that our audio products come with everything you need to craft your own mesmerizing spells in the studio. Why? Because here in Louisiana, we have a word: lagniappe. It means "a little something extra," and it's in that spirit that we also include the Studio Magic Suite of software with our audio interface products and–new for 2021–our award-winning controllers as well.
The 2021 Studio Magic includes Ableton Live Lite, tutorials from Melodics, sound libraries from Ghost Hack, 7 virtual instruments, and 9 effects plug-ins in VST, AU, and AAX formats to use in Studio One 5 Artist or your DAW of choice with a retail value of over $1000 (US).
