One Account to Rule Them All!

In order to make it simpler and easier for you to access PreSonus information, forums, tech support, and so on, we’ve expanded the functions of your user account. In the past, you had one account where you registered your PreSonus hardware and software but you needed a different login for the forums. Now, your registration account is the access point for everything PreSonus, including the forums and online tech support.

In the process, we have replaced our old forum with a new version. It looks nicer but the main difference is that you access it from your user account. If you have registered any PreSonus hardware or software with a user account online, you will use that username and password to access the new forums. Simply log in as you normally would. If you do not have a user account, you will need to create one at to participate in our public forums or access technical-support services. You do not need to register products with this account in order to access the forums.

Our users have generated an immense amount of helpful information on the forums. Unfortunately, due to technical limitations, we cannot migrate those posts to the new forum. Therefore, the existing forums will remain accessible as a read-only archive through the new forum.

We also recently implemented a new technical support Help Desk and Knowledgebase; you also can access them with your user account. Try the Knowledgebase first; then, if you can’t find the information you need, use the Help Desk to contact technical support. While we will continue to offer free telephone and direct email support, we encourage all users to try this online system.
