To be eligible to participate, StudioLive Giveaway entrants must have a valid mailing address to which their prize can be delivered by FedEx and must have a valid email address in order to receive notification. Employees of PreSonus Audio Electronics, Inc., participating PreSonus vendors, and the employees' immediate families are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway. Existing eNewsletter recipients are eligible to enter this contest.
To enter, you must register online for the drawing between July 15, 2009, and November 30, 2009.

Submission of invalid or incorrect information, including email addresses, will make an entry void. PreSonus is not responsible for incomplete, inaccurate, lost, or otherwise deficient or unusable entries.

By entering the StudioLive Giveaway, each entrant agrees that he or she has read, understands, and will comply with these Rules; will be solely responsible for payment of any and all taxes due and for any liability related to such participation or prize; and will defend and hold PreSonus Audio Electronics, Inc., and its related officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns harmless from any such liability. Failure to comply with these Rules will result in disqualification. Each entrant represents and warrants that he is eligible to participate, that the information being submitted is correct, and that the entry constitutes consent, without further compensation, to post the winner's name on presonus.com.
Odds of Winning: The odds of winning are determined by the number of entries received. Winners will be selected from eligible registrants of StudioLive Giveaway Contest. One person will be selected.
Notification: Winner will be notified by email within 10 days after the closing of the drawing on November 30, 2009.
You-Snooze-You-Lose-Clause: If the Winner fails to respond within 72 hours of notification, the prize may be forfeited and another winner selected.
The entry information for the Giveaway will only be given to PreSonus Audio Electronics, Inc., and will be used for the sole purpose of the PreSonus News Email List. Entrants may opt out of receiving PreSonus New emails at any time. Email address will not be sold or distributed to any other company.
Attempt to Interfere: Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any online service or Web site or to undermine the legitimate operations of the Giveaway or any PreSonus Audio Electronics, Inc., Web site is a violation of criminal and civil laws. PreSonus reserves the right to cancel the Giveaway if it becomes technically corrupted.
