What do I do?

Here’s how to get a way-cool free Soundman’s ­Survival Kit with StudioLive 16.4.2 mixer carry bag and accessories:
  1. Purchase a StudioLive 16.4.2 from an authorized PreSonus dealer between 10/15/09 and 12/31/09.
  2. Collect ALL of the following:
    • A copy of the original, dated, itemized sales receipt showing the purchase of a ­PreSonus StudioLive 16.4.2 between 10/15/09 and 12/31/09.
    • This form, completely filled out. Legibility counts. This will go down on your Permanent Record and follow you for the rest of your life.
    • The original UPC bar code from the ­StudioLive box. Sorry, but we cannot accept photocopies. It’s gotta be the real thing, brutally amputated from the box. Staple the bar code to the bottom of this form.
  3. Mail all three items to us ASAP so that your ­envelope is postmarked on or before January 31, 2010. Send to:

  4. Please review all of the rules and fine print on the first page of this PDF to make sure that you qualify and understand how this whole thing works. ­(Lawyers and accountants are involved, if you get our drift; for example, they insist that we say, “Failure to comply with rules will result in void of rebate.”)

  1. This offer is good for StudioLive 16.4.2 digital mixers purchased from an authorized ­PreSonus dealer between October 15th, 2009 and ­December 31st, 2009.
  2. This offer is not valid with used products, ­B-stock, coupons, or layaways.
  3. Limit ONE SSK per unique StudioLive serial number — use a separate copy of this form to get more SSKs, if you purchase more StudioLive mixers during the Offer time period.
  4. You must be a legal resident of the U.S. or ­Puerto Rico, 18 years of age or older, to be eligible for the offer. Non-U.S. residents, please contact your local distributor.
  5. The envelope containing the SSK form, ­invoice copy, and UPC code must be postmarked within 30 days from the date of purchase: on or before January 31st, 2010.
  6. Requests from PO Boxes cannot be accepted.
  7. Only completed SSK forms will be honored; failure to complete forms will result in this offer becoming void. PreSonus is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected mail, illegible submissions, or submissions that arrive postage due.
  8. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer(s).
