Come to the PreSonuSphere Conference and Party!
October 10, 2011
PreSonus™ invites you to join us on November 19, 2011, for PreSonuSphere 2011, a very special all-day user’s conference in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Focusing on tips, techniques, and applications for PreSonus’ Studio One™ v2 DAW software and StudioLive™-series digital mixers, the first annual PreSonuSphere conference will include guest lectures and demos by such luminaries as EM/Harmony Central editorial director Craig Anderton, front-of-house engineering legend Ace Baker, renowned worship-team trainer Doug Gould, veteran journalist and engineer Mike Rivers, TV- and film-music producer and songwriter Rhett Mouton, and PreSonus technology evangelist Byron Gaither.
You’ll meet and talk shop with many of the key people who create PreSonus products. Talk tech with President/Founder/Chief Strategy Officer Jim Odom, Chief Technology Officer Bob Tudor, Digital Products Manager Scott Harrell, and VP of Sales and PreSonus video star Rick Naqvi. Find out how Studio One really works by asking the programming titans who lead the Studio One development team: Wolfgang Kundrus and Matthias Juwan, PreSonus Software Ltd’s Managing Director and Chief Technology Officer, respectively.
It is no secret that we know how to party in southern Louisiana, and PreSonuSphere 2011 is going to be a blast to remember. It all happens at the gorgeous Shaw Center for the Arts in historic downtown Baton Rouge. (They use the StudioLive 24.4.2.) We’ll kick off with a Cajun dinner party with bar and live music on the evening of November 18.
The main conference on November 19 features presentations in two adjacent rooms: one devoted to StudioLive and the other to our newly released Studio One 2. Pick and choose your sessions. Later, via snail mail, you’ll get video DVDs of all PreSonuSphere proceedings, so you can still “attend” sessions that were happening at the same time next door.
To gauge attendance commitment, we’re asking for a $20 registration fee ($25 at the door). But in exchange, you get $40 or more worth of goodies, including a commemorative t-shirt, pads and pens, take-home reference materials, a free breakfast and Cajun dinner, plus beverage tickets and the aforementioned DVDs. We’ve even arranged special rates with the beautiful, nearby Hotel Indigo Baton Rouge Downtown Riverfront. And it’s all walking distance from great restaurants, historical sites, museums, and the mighty Mississippi River. Don’t miss it!
