Job Description
Presonus seeks a technically inclined person who with experience in digital audio recording who enjoys resolving problems and helping people. Responsibilities include assisting callers setting up our interface products and quickly diagnosing issues can arise in a digital recording environment.
Required skills
- General knowledge of audio recording, microphone preamps, signal processors, and Mac and PC platforms.
- Familiarity with at least three or high level knowledge of at least one of the following DAW: Acid, Cubase, Digital Performer, Live, Logic, Samplitude, or Sonar.
- Prior customer service, sales or technical support experience.
- Previous experience with PreSonus equipment a definite plus.

Production Assistant
Job Description
PreSonus is seeking a technically inclined person with strong organizational and computer skills. This individual will work part time (15-20 hr/week) in the Production Department and will report directly to the Global Service Manager. The desired candidate will be an engineering major (BSME, BSEE) or equal with proven aptitudes.
Required skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong organizational ability, problem solving, and multi-tasking
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Basic mechanical and electrical aptitude
Desired skills
- Ability to read schematics
- Working knowledge of simple electronic components
- Bill of Materials
- Common inventory practices
